We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of your purchase to notify us if you wish to cancel your participation and request a refund.

Eligibility for a Return To qualify for a return, you must notify us within the 7-day window and your participation must not have commenced. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at info@campcre8tives.com with your order number and a brief reason for the cancellation. This feedback is invaluable for improving our services.

Review and Confirmation Upon receiving your request, we will review it within 48 hours to confirm it meets our return criteria. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds If your refund is approved, you will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions Please note that certain types of sales cannot be refunded, such as last-minute bookings made within seven days of the event start date, special promotional bookings that specify a non-refundable clause, and others as noted at the time of purchase.
